中国史学：在与世界史学互动中前行——以国际历史科学大会为中心的考察

摘要：国际历史科学大会诞生于欧洲，从1898年迄今已有百余年历史，它经历了从创立时期—发展时期—国际化时期三个发展阶段。在它的发展历程中，无不受到西方文化的浸润与熏陶，深深地制约与牵连着现当代的西方史学。中国历史学家与国际历史科学大会及其常设机构国际历史科学委员会，早在19世纪二三十年代就有联系，胡适于1938年8月参加了在瑞士苏黎世召开的第八届国际历史科学大会，此后中国与它若即若离，直至1982年重新入会。2015年第22届国际历史科学大会，则将在我国济南召开。中国史学目前迫切需要走向世界，而国际历史科学大会作为一座平台，一扇中外史学交流的窗口，可以让中国了解世界与国际史学，更让世界进一步了解中国和中国史学，在重绘新的世界史学地图中，它将会起到非凡的作用。
Chinese Historiography Proceeding in Interaction with the World Historiography: a Study Centered on the International Congress of Historical Sciences

Abstract: The 22nd International Congress of Historical Sciences will be held in Jinan City of China in 2015. Being born in Europe, the ICHS has gone through a journey of over one century since 1898, and experienced the three stages of establishment, development and internationalization. Its development was instilled and influenced by the Western culture, and deeply influenced modern and contemporary Western historiography in turn. Chinese historians connected with the ICHS and its permanent establishment, i.e. the International Committee of Historical Science as early as 1920s to 1930s, and Hu Shi attended the Eighth International Congress of Historical Sciences held in Zurich of Swiss in August 1938. Thereafter, China had held a tentative relationship with the Congress, until she became its membership again in 1982. Now China urgently needs mergence into the world, and as a window for communication between Chinese and foreign historiography, the ICHS can make China knows more about the world historiography, as well as make the world understand China and Chinese historiography better. It will play an extraordinary role in mapping the world historiography.
