摘要:两种自由的观念发端于西方政治文化的两个传统：洛克传统与卢梭传统。这两种传统直接影响到新自由主义与传统自由主义关于积极自由与消极自由的争论，最终落定在当代关于自由主义与共和主义之争中，这构成了两种自由发展的思想线索，有助于我们厘清西方政治思想史重在主题的认识。

The Clue for the Development of Two Ideas of Liberty: in a Perspective of Political Thought

Abstract: The two ideas of liberty originated from two traditions of Western political culture advanced by Locke and Rousseau. These two traditions have influenced the argument on positive liberty and negative liberty between Neo-liberalism and New Liberalism, and doomed on the contemporary arguments on liberalism and republicanism. That constructs the ideological clue of the development of two ideas of liberty, and helps to understand the history of Western political thought.
